Product catalog
Product records structured by family: SKU, statuses, values per language and per channel. Filters, bulk editing with a detailed report, and a global search (⌘K) that finds products, families, categories, attributes and media from any screen.
Variants
Parent product + variants on 1 or 2 axes (size, color…). SKUs generated automatically, values inherited from the parent, variant matrix.
Families & attribute groups
Reusable product templates. Attributes are organized into groups and marked as required channel by channel: the structure lives in one place.
Rich attributes
13 native types: text, number, single or multiple select, media, price, measurement, date, product relationships… Reusable option lists, translatable, channel-specific and unique attributes.
Calculated fields & AI fields

For a small or mid-sized company with 1,000 to 5,000 SKUs and 2-3 channels, it's typically two weeks, import and training included. Most of the time goes into structuring your attributes, not into the technology.
AI is built in natively, not bolted on as a paid option. Descriptions, SEO titles and bullet points generated in your brand's tone, missing attributes suggested, completeness score. Every generated value is flagged as such and can be reviewed before approval. Translating product records into your catalog languages is included: one credit per product, reviewed before publishing. We rely on Mistral AI, a French company based in Paris, operated from Europe. Your instructions and product data never leave the EU, and are never used to train third-party models. That's what we call “sovereign AI”, as opposed to AI that is merely “accessible from Europe”.
Yes. Hosting in mainland France, backups replicated to a secondary French site, no processor outside the EU. You can get your data back at any time through a full export in standard formats (JSON, CSV, or a database dump).
The app warns you as you approach the limit (banner from 95% of the quota). Beyond that, creation is simply blocked until you move to the next plan. No automatic overage charges, ever. Nothing is billed without your explicit consent.
Our team helps you map your data (families, attributes, channels) during onboarding. You provide your files, we prepare a dry-run import, we validate it together, then we switch to production. No initial onboarding fee with the Pro and Growth plans.
Yes. A public REST API covers reading and writing your catalog: products, variants, categories, attributes, families, option lists, with scoped API keys (read, write, delete), included from the Pro plan. The full OpenAPI specification, generated from the code, is available to your developers. From the Growth plan, the same catalog is also exposed through GraphQL (same keys, same scope), and outbound webhooks on catalog events are included.
An ERP runs your back office (accounting, inventory, purchasing). cocoPIM runs your multichannel product catalog (HD media, translations, marketing content, e-commerce sync). The two work together: cocoPIM connects to your ERP through its API to pull prices and stock, and sends the enriched product records back.
