The publication director is Thomas Segond, in his capacity as legal representative of the company T2ND (SARL, i.e. limited liability company, RCS Lille Métropole 892 598 475), which is itself the President of T2ND SAAS.

The Site and the cocoPIM service are hosted in France by OVHcloud (OVH SAS), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, registered in the Lille Métropole RCS under number 424 761 419, phone: +33 (0)9 72 10 10 07.

All the elements making up the Site (texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, structure, graphic charter) are protected by intellectual property law. cocoPIM is a French word mark filed by T2ND SAAS with the INPI (the French patent and trademark office) on August 7, 2026 (application for registration No. 5286295, classes 9, 35, 41 and 42, published in the Bulletin officiel de la propriété industrielle No. 2026-35 of August 28, 2026). Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited and constitutes infringement (Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, Code de la propriété intellectuelle).

The processing of personal data carried out through the Site and the service is described in the privacy policy. The Site only sets strictly necessary cookies (no advertising audience measurement). Details are given in the same policy.
